Building on HR GIG 7: Breaking the Silos, this masterclass aims to target skills and processes to further improve organisational performance by breaking down silos and building a unified organisation.
In today’s business world, people and organisations are required to perform at the highest possible level in a consistent manner. To achieve such an environment, organisations and people need to learn how to work together in a collaborative and non-territorial manner. For this to be possible, organisations need to grasp that some of the most detrimental structures in a workplace environment are organisational silos.
This masterclass tackles this challenge head on by discussing how having an integrated, connected, organisation in which people communicate and interact together in a seamless manner is key to running a successful organisation.

This workshop is designed for people holding management positions and who are responsible for a team or function.
This half day workshop is an intensive and highly experiential workshop designed to provide tips, skills and strategies to break down silos in organisations. It looks at a number of aspects of organisational life which can lead to silo building and provides the insight and skills required to break them down and better understand how they can achieve high performance through working together.
Delivery
The workshop is delivered face to face. It is a very interactive programme using a mix of presentations, experiential exercises and discussions.
