This scheme supports the personal development of individuals who wish to achieve qualifications and certifications required by industry. The incentive is applicable to anyone following a course of studies leading to a certification, diploma, degree or post-graduate degree course. Upon successful completion of the programme, the individual will benefit from a tax credit enabling him or her to recover part of the costs incurred.

Training Pays Scheme
This scheme offers financial assistance to individuals who wish to follow a training programme. It aims at assisting individuals to develop and/or improve their skills by participating in further off-the-job training. The assistance is in the form of a refund awarded to the individual after successful completion of their training.
