The Institute of Professional Development (IPD) and StreetHR will be collaborating to deliver a masterclass on Breaking Silos. This masterclass builds on HR GIG 7: Breaking the Silos and aims to target skills and processes to further improve organisational performance by breaking down silos and building a unified organisation.

This collaboration brings together two organisations whose founders have extensive experience in the fields of business, management and human resources.

“Continuing to build on the topic of HR GIG 7 and working with IPD on this masterclass will keep the discussion on Breaking Silos alive and gives us the possibility to continue delving deeper in this important topic” said Joseph Farrugia who is a Director at StreetHR and the other trainer delivering the masterclass.
